Full Service Consultation
The first step I take in helping you fall in love with your floor again is listening. Too often salespeople jump to conclusions and begin prescribing what their customers need or what a space dictates. This is your chance to tell me what you need from your flooring. What isn't your current floor providing that you need? How might you and I solve your flooring problem? My job is to help you find the product and design that will meet your needs at a price that is within your budget.
Some of the major factors we will consider are...

Material
Where is your floor being laid? What kind of subfloor is in place? Is water present? Do you have pets? What do you want to feel under your feet? These are the kinds of questions I will ask so that I can recommend the best material for your project.

Durabilty
What kind of traffic will this floor experience? What do you need it to withstand? Will there be heavy objects resting on top of it? I always strive to lay a floor that lasts, but some floors will have more demanded of them than others.

Design
I have developed a keen eye for matching subtle undertones present in your homes color palette that will make your floor pop without blending in too much or, conversely, being an eyesore. I want to lay a floor that blends seamlessly with your desired aesthetic and decor.

Maintenance
Different types of flooring require different degrees of maintenance. I don't want to lay a floor that you resent due to the care involved. We will have a frank discussion of what level of maintenance is right for you.
Once we have narrowed down your top choice(s), the next step is to quote them. After taking thorough measurements and calculating the amount of product necessary to complete your job, I will reach out to brand representatives for pricing. Once I have firm pricing I can provide a firm quote and get to work.
