Porcelain / Ceramic Tile
One of the oldest flooring options, porcelain and ceramic tiles are timeless, luxurious, and yet still have an earthy feel to them. They also tend to cost quite a bit with prices ranging from around $15 to $90 a square foot. Tile is most commonly found in kitchens and bathrooms, but can be used almost anywhere. While tile is durable to an extent, it can chips and break under heavy use. Like hardwood floors, it also adds value to your home.
